3 Hour Cancellation Policy
A member of The Glo that has made an appointment for a class may cancel or change the time of the class provided that a minimum of 3-hours’ notice is given. Members can make these changes via your Momence account, or by contacting the studio directly. Members will be charged $12 on any late cancellations or no-show appointments.
Late Policy
For the safety of all our members, doors will close 10 minutes after class begins.
If you arrive later than that, we won’t be able to let you join in.
Warm-ups are essential to prepare your body, prevent injury, and get the most out of class. Jumping in without them can be unsafe — and we always want your workouts to be safe, effective, and fun!
We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to arrive a few minutes early to settle in, set up, and get glowing
