The Glo 21-Day Challenge Rules:

Ready to feel stronger, healthier, and more consistent? The 21-Day Challenge is designed to help you stay accountable, track your habits, and celebrate your progress every step of the way. Here’s everything you need to know:

✅ How It Works

  • The challenge runs for 21 days straight beginning Tuesday, Sep. 2 - Sep. 23

  • You’ll track your daily progress using your Challenge Sheet (provided at the studio).

  • Each day, you’ll check off your goals in the following categories:

    1. Workout – Get moving! Aim to complete 15 classes in 21 days.

    2. Steps - Get 10,000 steps daily

    3. Nourish – Set your own nutrition intention (examples: no sugar, no processed foods, no alcohol, eating whole foods). Each day, you must log your food—when you do, you can check off your nutrition box.

    4. Water – Hit your hydration goal (we recommend at least 80oz/day).

    5. Mindfulness – Take 5 minutes for gratitude, journaling, prayer, meditation, or quiet time.

🏆 Rules to Stay on Track

  1. Commit Daily – Try to complete all 5 categories each day

  2. Track Honestly – Check off your Challenge Sheet each day. If you miss something, leave it blank (progress over perfection!).

  3. Stay Consistent – The ultimate goal: 15 classes in 21 Days!

  4. Community Counts – Encourage your fellow challengers. Share your wins in class or on social media to inspire others.

🎉 Winning & Prizes

  • At the end of 21 days, we’ll collect your Challenge Sheets.

  • Everyone who completes at least 15 classes in 21 days will be entered into a prize drawing.

  • Special recognition for anyone who checks all 5 boxes for at least 15 days!
